Always wanted to Fly, or lift people instead of weights? Learn Acro basics, then some spectacular tricks and crazy flows. We will cater for beginners through to those who have done Acro 1.0 and 2.0. We will drill inverts and holds. Develop balance, strength, posture and some mad skills.
Sat 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th March.
